There's an easier way.

Highway 101 Operational Improvements between Milpas Street and Hot Springs Road will begin in the summer of 2008 and continue into 2012. The project will improve traffic flow and congestion on Highway 101, but during construction, additional delays and traffic impacts are likely to occur. View project details at sbroads.com. Traffic Solutions is helping alleviate some of the impact of the project on commuters and employers on the South Coast through the Curb Your Commute program. Just posted: Watch the Inside Santa Barbara piece on Curb Your Commute and City TV's 30 min commuting special "Commute Smart: The Long Ride Home."
